Breakfast: toast - one slice with mashed avocado, and one slice with raspberry jam.
Lunch: a banana, and carrots with hummus.
Dinner: apple, turkey, and Vermont white cheddar panini, with tomato basil soup.

Lunch: Cheese and vegemite on crackers, yoghurt, a nectarine, a shortbread biscuit & a fruit bar
Dinner: Fish fingers & mashed potatoes

Lunch: Mac and cheese, and then some salt & vinegar crackers, a piece of shortbread & some apricots
Dinner: McDonalds - cheeseburger, fries & a hashbrown
Breakfast: A fried egg and grilled tomato.
Lunch: Leftover sweet and sour pork and fried rice, plus a small portion of a paneer curry I made today.
Dinner: Satay chicken and rice.
