Rose: I found out that my local library will be FINALLY reopening on Monday. They've been closed since November 2019 after suffering flood damage.
Thorn: I probably won't feel safe to go to it just yet, and I don't see we'll be able to start the book club up again. |

Thorn: I'm still a bit stressed about booking my vaccine - I'm hoping I can book it online, because I really don't want to have to phone the doctors surgery. |

Rose: My belated birthday gift from my penpal arrived today.
Thorn: Before Christmas, my penpal asked me to write to one of her friends, who was also looking to take up penpalling as a hobby. I exchanged addresses with this lady and wrote to her, but didn't receive a response. This was brought up in our conversation today, and I felt a little bit awkward. |
