Breakfast: A couple of pancakes with whipped butter.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked in the afternoon.
Dinner: I'll be having teriyaki chicken with coconut rice and steamed veggies.
Breakfast: a granola bar with strawberry filling
Lunch: a banana
Dinner: spaghetti and homemade vegetarian meatballs in tomato basil sauce, a slice of garlic bread, and a spinach salad
Breakfast: Two slices of toast, one just with butter and one with cheese.
Lunch: Leftover teriyaki chicken, coconut rice and veggies.
Dinner: Oven baked barramundi fillet and salad with honey mustard dressing.
Breakfast: oatie biscuits with a cup of tea.
Lunch: sausage sandwich.
Dinner: some meat feast pizza, and a bowl of minestrone soup with some malted bloomer bread.
Breakfast: Cheese on toast.
Lunch: Mini pizzas with mozzarella, mushrooms, green capsicum, prosciutto and sundried tomatoes.
Dinner: Creamy Tuscan chicken with mashed potatoes.
Breakfast: chocolate flavoured breakfast biscuits with a cup of tea.
Lunch: a bag of Wotsits cheesy puffs, and an iced mince pie. More like snacks than lunch.
Dinner: tuna pasta bake.
Breakfast: cinnamon & raisin bagels with butter.
Lunch: a pineapple baton and a mince pie.
Dinner: minestrone soup with a tiger baguette from the bakery.
