Breakfast: Fruit 'n' fibre cereal.
Lunch: Skipped, but I had a cereal bar with my cup of tea later in the afternoon.
Dinner: Sweet and sour chicken with golden vegetable rice, and a slice of chocolate orange cake for dessert.
Breakfast: Buttered toast.
Lunch: Skipped, but I had a snack size tube of BBQ Pringles later on.
Dinner: Minestrone soup, bread rolls, and two slices of meat feast pizza.

Lunch: I got some treats from a bakery - two slices of Tuscan meatball pizza, and a chocolate eclair.
Dinner: A jacket potato with tuna mayo and salad.
Breakfast: Raspberry flavoured wheaties topped with raspberries.
Lunch: Ham & cheese baguette.
Dinner: A piece of Mediterranean quiche with chunky chips and salad.
Breakfast: Skipped but I had two dark chocolate Digestives biscuits later.
Lunch: Leftover Spanish pilaf.
Dinner: Beef sausage sandwiches with caramelised onion, and gravy fries.
Breakfast: Raspberry wheaties topped with raspberries.
Lunch: Chicken cup soup with some tiger bread, and some pizza flavoured corn puffs.
Dinner: A cheese & onion pasty with chunky chips.
Breakfast: a yogurt parfait with strawberries and blackberries.
Lunch: a spinach salad.
Dinner: I haven't had it yet, but it's going to be pot roast with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.

Dinner: A plant-based burger, and a jacket potato topped with grated cheese.
