Breakfast: Malted wheaties cereal.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on some rich tea biscuits with my cup of tea.
Dinner: Minestrone soup and wholemeal bread rolls.
Breakfast: Froot Loops.
Lunch: Cheese tortellini with roast butternut squash and garlic sauce.
Dinner: Buffalo wings, ranch dipping sauce and corn on the cob.
Breakfast: A slice of lemon syrup cake with double cream.
Lunch: Wholemeal toast with Vegemite, smoked cheddar and a fried egg.
Dinner: Grilled chicken, mashed potato and sauteed beans and carrots.
