Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with Vegemite, cheese and a fried egg.
Lunch: Cheese and pepperoni pretzel.
Dinner: Grilled salmon, spiced couscous and garden salad.
Breakfast: Choco Hoops cereal.
Lunch: Buttered toast and an apple.
Dinner: Nacho chicken breast toppers, and a jacket potato topped with cheese, and some salad.
Breakfast: Choco Hoops cereal.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on a chocolate coated apple and some grapes.
Dinner: French bread pizza, and a jacket potato topped with cheese and salad.
Breakfast: nothing, had to go to an appointment
Lunch: a tuna salad hoagie, an apple turnover, and a couple strawberry and raspberry cookies
Dinner: an Italian hoagie and a couple strawberry and raspberry cookies

Dinner: A slice of four cheese pizza, and a microwaveable lasagne.
